Q: Do I get a scheduling link?
Nope. This isn’t my open calendar. You’ll send 3 time options, and I’ll lock in the one that fits best for both of us.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
Just give me 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations count toward your total.
Q: How is this different from Elite or Essential coaching?
This Sprint is a clean container with no between-session access. It’s a deep, focused reset. After the Sprint, you’ll be eligible for my Essential Coaching Program and priority consideration for longer-term work.
Q: What if I don’t use all the sessions?
Sessions expire August 31, 2026. This gives you time—but not too much time—to stay committed without losing momentum.
