This call is designed to:

  • Determine whether we are a good fit

  • Clarify what’s currently draining your capacity

  • Decide what type of support (if any) makes sense next

This is not a coaching session.
It’s a clarity and fit conversation.

How to Schedule:
Select an available time on my calendar. You’ll receive a confirmation email once booked.

Rescheduling Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Essential Coaching Sessions

This calendar is NOT open to the public.

Essential Coaching Sessions are available only to:

  • Existing or past clients

  • Life Coach School–certified coaches

Session Length: 40 minutes
Availability:

  • First-come, first-served

  • Calendar opens 21 days in advance

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of scheduling. A confirmation email will follow.
