Learn How to Create Confidence (and How It Changed My Business)

Before I started this journey, I believed confidence was something you either had or didn’t.
If I didn’t feel confident, I thought I had to act confident—fake it, perform, or wait for proof that I could succeed.

What I didn’t realize was that confidence was never something outside of me.
Confidence is created by our thoughts—not by our results.

That realization changed everything about my business.

The Old Way: Searching for Confidence

I used to chase confidence by:

  • Overpreparing before calls or launches

  • Comparing myself to others who seemed “naturally confident”

  • Waiting for success to prove I was capable

But every time I failed or faced rejection, I lost the confidence I thought I had gained.
Because I was sourcing it from outcomes—not belief.

The Shift: Confidence Comes From Thought

The people I used to admire weren’t confident because everything worked out for them.
They were confident because they chose thoughts that kept them in motion, no matter the outcome.

They thought things like:

  • “I’ll figure it out.”

  • “I know I can handle this.”

  • “This result is data, not a definition.”

Those thoughts created a feeling of trust and momentum.
Meanwhile, I was thinking, “Maybe I’m not good enough” or “Something’s wrong with me.”

That difference changed everything.

If you’ve been waiting to feel confident before taking action, it’s time to flip that pattern.
Confidence doesn’t come after results—it creates them.

Confidence as a Skill

Once I started thinking in ways that generated confidence, everything changed.

I began showing up consistently, taking massive action, and creating movement.
I no longer made “no’s” or cancellations mean something about my worth.
I simply decided that confidence was a skill—and like any skill, it could be practiced.

I stopped waiting to feel ready and started trusting I could handle whatever came next.
