Reason why you may be struggling in Marketing, business or making money

I hear people saying that they are not good at marketing or business or good at making money.

I show my clients that it may seem true when they think these thoughts or any variations.

I hear people saying that they are not good at marketing or business or good at making money.

I show my clients that it may seem true when they think these thoughts or any variations.

We may have all the evidence to prove them true, but these thoughts are why they do not have the results they want.

I teach my clients thinking these thoughts are 100% optional, and if we look for proof and evidence for the opposite, we may surprise ourselves.

I ask my clients how the thoughts are “ I am not good” are not true.

It usually requires them to think, but once their brains work, they give me a long list of how they are already good at marketing or business or making money.

I am always impressed by the way things are already working.

What if you decided to believe you were good at marketing, business, or making money?

People will say, but I cannot make things up.

And I show them the evidence their brains came up for and against the beliefs.

How can both be true?

We just decide which one we want and which one we want to believe.

Either way, we will be wrong 50% of the time, so why not gather proof and evidence of how amazing you already are.

This is how my clients make more money in less time and energy by believing in the amazingness that is already inside them, and we allow it to come out.

If you are ready to believe in yourself more and make more money, I can help you.

You Don’t Have a Procrastination Problem — You Have a Self-Trust Problem

🌿 The Myth of Procrastination

My dear, a client once came to me certain she had a procrastination problem.

She told me, “If I could just stop procrastinating, I’d finally hit my income goal.”

She believed her success was waiting on the other side of more discipline, more structure, or more motivation. She could clearly picture the version of herself who didn’t delay — productive, consistent, hitting her goals with ease.

But when we looked deeper, what she called procrastination wasn’t laziness or lack of drive.
It was fear of her own reactions.

She wasn’t avoiding the work — she was avoiding the self-criticism she expected afterward.

💔 The Cycle That Keeps You Stuck

Here’s what was really happening:

She was afraid of what she’d say to herself no matter the outcome.

If she took action and succeeded, she’d think:

“You should have done this sooner.”
“You always overthink things.”
“You never move fast enough.”

If she took action and failed, she’d think:

“See, you’re not good enough.”
“You shouldn’t have tried.”
“This is why you’ll never get ahead.”

Her brain learned something painful but logical:

If I’m going to get beaten up either way, why even try?

So she didn’t have a procrastination issue — she had a self-safety issue.
Her brain was protecting her from herself.

💫 The Real Solution

When she saw this pattern, everything changed.

She decided to start having her own back — no matter what.

She told herself, “As long as I take action, I’m doing the best I can with what I know right now.”

She stopped measuring her worth by her results and started measuring her courage by her willingness to show up.

And the more she did, the more trust she built — and the easier action became.

Now, she’s creating consistent results, not because she fixed procrastination, but because she fixed the relationship that created it.

💭 3 Awareness Questions

  1. What would change if you trusted yourself to handle success and failure with compassion instead of criticism?

  2. How often do you delay action because you’re afraid of your own reaction?

  3. What would it look like to take action knowing you’ll have your back no matter the outcome?

🌸 3 Quick Wins

  1. Catch the Critic: When your inner voice says, “You should have done this sooner,” pause and reframe it to, “I’m proud I’m doing it now.”

  2. Celebrate the Effort: After every action — no matter how small — tell yourself one kind truth about what it took to do it.

  3. Anchor in Safety: Each morning, remind yourself: “I am safe to try. I am safe to succeed. I am safe to learn.”

✨ The Shift That Creates Results

When you stop attacking yourself, your energy stops hiding.
You stop procrastinating, not because you’re more disciplined, but because you finally feel safe to move forward.

That’s when creativity returns.
That’s when courage grows.
That’s when results multiply.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles of procrastination or self-doubt, it’s not that you don’t know what to do — it’s that you don’t feel safe doing it.

💣 How Self-Sabotage Quietly Drains Your Income (and What to Do About It)

💭 The Hidden Cost of Self-Sabotage

My dear, when I set one of the biggest goals in my business, something surprising happened — I started sabotaging it.

And not in big, obvious ways.
It showed up in little choices that seemed harmless but added up fast:
✔️ “Just one episode” instead of finishing my project.
✔️ Overcommitting to help others when my plate was already full.
✔️ Staying up late to “get ahead” — and waking up drained.
✔️ Pushing harder instead of pausing to rest or think.

That’s the sneaky thing about self-sabotage: it doesn’t always look like quitting.
Sometimes, it looks like overworking, people-pleasing, or trying to prove your worth.

It’s every habit that keeps you busy but not productive.

⚡ The Real Problem

Self-sabotage is doing things that work against the very goal you said you wanted.
It’s not just procrastination — it’s protection.

Your brain tries to protect you from fear, disappointment, or judgment by creating distractions.
And for many immigrant women, it’s also protecting against cultural conditioning that says:

“Don’t get too big.”
“Stay humble.”
“If you fail, it’ll mean you weren’t ready.”

So, instead of taking bold, income-producing action, you fill your time with safe tasks that feel productive but don’t move the needle.

Over time, this steals your creativity, clarity, and cash flow.

💸 The Financial and Emotional Cost

Every time you buffer with busywork, self-criticism, or perfectionism, you’re not just wasting time — you’re leaking income.

You spend energy on guilt instead of growth.
You stay tired instead of powerful.
And that constant internal battle between what you want and what you fear?
That’s where most overworking begins.

Self-sabotage is expensive — not because of what it costs in hours, but because of what it costs in possibility.

🌿 The Shift That Changes Everything

You don’t fix self-sabotage by forcing more discipline — you fix it by building trust and clarity.

Be clear about what you want and why it matters.
Plan how you’ll move toward it.
Then, when fear shows up (and it will), remind yourself that discomfort is not danger — it’s growth.

The less time you spend spinning in fear and “busy safety,” the more space you create for focus, freedom, and income.

💭 3 Awareness Questions

  1. Where do I use busyness or overworking to avoid taking bold, focused action?

  2. What do I believe might happen if I actually succeed?

  3. How often do I confuse pressure with progress?

🌸 3 Quick Wins

  1. Name the Pattern: Write one behavior that pulls you away from your goal — awareness breaks the loop.

  2. Anchor in Purpose: Reconnect with your “why” every morning. Remind yourself what the goal truly represents — not just money, but freedom.

  3. Choose Calm Focus: When you feel the urge to overdo, pause. Ask, “Is this action aligned with my goal or just keeping me safe?”

✨ The Breakthrough

The real cost of self-sabotage isn’t the time you lose — it’s the peace, confidence, and income you never give yourself the chance to experience.

When you clear the emotional clutter behind your habits, you stop working against yourself — and start creating results with ease.

If you’ve been stuck in patterns of overworking, avoidance, or inconsistency, it’s not a motivation problem — it’s a capacity problem.

The biggest income-earning action any business person can take is being their number one best client/customer.

Too many business people expect others to invest in their product or service and yet they don't invest in themselves.

Use 100% of the product or service.

Be an example of what is possible with the product or service.

Be a walking, talking billboard of the possibility of the product or service.

What doubts or disbelief do you have about your product or service?

Why?

What do you need to think, feel or do to overcome them?

What you believe about your product or service will be communicated in how you speak about what you offer.

Have you ever heard someone tell a story about a restaurant they enjoyed and you just had to go to?

Or, they told you about a friend they loved, and you just could not wait to meet that friend too?

The enthusiasm is contagious.

The passion is transferred by the words and tone of the terms and analogies used.

That is the secret to effective marketing and sales.

Take the time to fall in love with your product or service.

I promise it will be worth it.

Overcoming the Terror Barrier: Transform Your Goals with Confidence

The “Terror Barrier” is a term I learned from Bob Proctor. He describes it as “the feeling of fear and anxiety you experience when you are about to push past your comfort zone in a major way.” Some people call it the upper limit or the river of misery.

When I used to encounter the terror barrier while pursuing a big goal, I mistakenly believed it meant I was doing something wrong or that I wasn’t meant to achieve my dream. I thought a real goal should feel beautiful, rosy, and straightforward. This misconception often leads people to change or reduce their goals to something “more reasonable.”

In the past, I tried everything to avoid the discomfort, which only left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with no progress to show for it.

Recently, I had two client calls where both clients were facing their versions of the terror barrier. Their brains were resisting change and growth, suggesting they stop or reduce their goals. The doubt, fear, and worry seemed natural and necessary.

As their coach, my role is to help them understand what is happening, hold space for them as they experience these emotions, guide them in self-talk through the terror barrier, and develop a game plan to achieve their goals.

If we reduce our goals to avoid discomfort, we end up feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, even if we achieve the new, lower goal. If we drop the goal and try to go around it, we still need to face the next level, costing us time, money, and energy.

Going through the terror barrier is the only way. The strategic by-product is that we set even more significant, scarier goals than before.

If you have a big dream and have hit your terror barrier, I can help you. My clients and I have found a more effective way to overcome it, saving time, money, and energy while achieving our goals.

One of the most common desires my clients come to coaching sessions is the desire to be motivated AND stay motivated.

One of the most common desires my clients come to coaching sessions is the desire to be motivated AND stay motivated.

Some clients think I can say something to motivate them to keep taking action, especially when things are not working out in their business.

In the 20 years I have been in business; I too looked for external things to keep me motivated through the rollercoaster of business.

Over the years, I have used motivational speakers, motivational music, motivational stories, motivational books, podcasts, hope, and wishes.

AND they all lasted for some time but quickly wore off.

I learned that to stay motivated, especially when things are not going as I wanted, I needed to identify why I was going for my goal.

What was my no matter what reason for creating a goal?

What was the innermost desire?

When we think a goal will fix something and the work we are doing towards that goal is not shown externally, our brain decides what we are doing is not working, or the goal is impossible.

AND that is where the external motivation reminds us it is possible.

The shift in my actions and the actions my clients take is when they can generate motivation internally.

They are driven by themselves and can tap into their own motivation regardless of what is happening outside.

The super-motivated have a compelling no matter what reason that motivates them to show up.

The super-motivated have a story and reason they tap into, regardless of what happens.

The magic is in how they think about themselves, their business, their customers, and the gift they have.

This thinking is something that becomes their way of thinking and becomes just who they are.

If you are looking for consistent motivation to create the income and business you want, I can help you.

Think of the long-term impact of the constant action taken from consistent motivation on you, your business, and the people you serve.

Want to create twice as much in half the time?

Want to create twice as much in half the time?

Spend some time focusing on one item or to do at a time.

I used to spend a lot of my time multitasking.

I used to think it was creating more and was being productive. Only to learn it was not helping me be more productive AND it cost me my creativity.

Every time our brain moves from one focus to the next, it reduces our concenration and does not allow us to tap into our brains highest possibility.

Every time our brain moves from one thing to the next, it takes our brain time to adjust and it uses up precious brain energy.

The energy our brains uses to readjust is not spent on really tapping into it's fullest potential.

So now I try not to multitask and focus on one thing at a time.

I have noticed my brain is so much more creative and comes up with ideas and possibilities that we're already in plain sight.

As we focus on one thing at a time, it allows our brain to go into flow, which has our brains tapping into it's fullest capacity and geniuses.

When we finish a task, it gives our brain a sense of accomplishment and motivates it to do more, which also fuels our brain to want to show up for the reward.

When our brain is self-motivated, it's easier to do more, create more, and thus earn more.

So focusing on one thing at a time, can be the difference between hitting more of your goals and becoming the person who can do it over and over again, thus creating more in half the time.

I teach when it's focus time, turn off all distractions, like social media and turn on a timer. Spend time on that one item until time is up OR until the project is done.

I teach to use a timer, to give our brains a break and if the project requires a more extended period. Our brains can only focus entirely for a certain amount of time and thus work with our brains to create more together.

Teach yourself to trust that you will focus and get the project done AND there will be time to have fun after, which is even more enjoyable when the work is done.

If you are ready to create twice as much in half the time, I can help you. Send me a private message, and let's schedule a discovery call.

Brain Waste — The Hidden Cost of Underusing Your Potential

“Brain waste.”

That term was originally used to describe the millions of highly educated immigrants working below their qualifications — people with degrees and advanced skills taking lower-wage or low-skill jobs just to survive.

When I first read the statistics, it shook me.
But over the years, I’ve realized “brain waste” doesn’t only happen in traditional employment. It happens in businesses, too.

Introduction

“Brain waste.”

That term was originally used to describe the millions of highly educated immigrants working below their qualifications — people with degrees and advanced skills taking lower-wage or low-skill jobs just to survive.

When I first read the statistics, it shook me.
But over the years, I’ve realized “brain waste” doesn’t only happen in traditional employment. It happens in businesses, too.

It happens when capable, educated, experienced women play small, overwork, or stay stuck in survival because they’re operating below their potential — not because they’re not ready, but because their beliefs and conditioning tell them to “stay safe.”

How “Brain Waste” Shows Up in Business

Brain waste happens when you:

  • Do everything yourself because asking for help feels uncomfortable.

  • Charge less because you fear rejection or judgment.

  • Stay busy doing what feels safe instead of what would grow your income.

  • Downplay your voice or expertise because you were taught humility means safety.

Many immigrant women were raised to believe that security comes from hard work, education, and keeping the peace — not from owning power, visibility, or leadership.
So even in business, the pattern continues.

We’re working hard, but not creating at the level of our ability.

What We Uncover in Coaching

When I work with immigrant businesswomen, we look beyond strategies and tactics. We uncover:

  • Why you’ve accepted your current level of results.

  • What patterns of thought, emotion, and action are keeping you there.

  • How to unlearn survival habits that no longer serve your goals.

Because when you clear those old patterns, you stop wasting your brilliance on overthinking, overworking, and undercharging.

What Happens When You End “Brain Waste”

Once my clients start releasing the emotional and mental clutter that kept them operating below their potential, they begin to:

  • See new possibilities they couldn’t before.

  • Create more income with less stress.

  • Use their full experience and intelligence to lead with confidence.

They stop surviving.
They start creating.

And they finally live the freedom they came here to build.

Final Word

If you’ve ever felt like your hard work isn’t reflecting your true potential, you might be experiencing brain waste — not in your mind, but in your beliefs.

✨ It’s time to stop underusing your brilliance and start leading with it.

When I arrive, then......

“When I arrive then....”

I have used this phrase or some version of it for years.

It seemed like an innocent or even sometimes motivating thought.

I did not know how this phrase was actually costing me my happiness in the present moment.

Think about it;

When I arrive then I will be so happy.

It means I will and can only be happy when I arrive.

It means the act of arriving will be better than where I am or the journey I’m on.

It means there, where I have arrived to, is better than the here where I am.

It has me sacrificing my current happiness or joy, for a future where I have arrived.

And what happens when I don’t arrive?

Sadness and suffering.

What happens to this happiness I have been withholding from myself?

What if there or where I have arrived to is still 50% positive and 50% negative?

We feel robbed, because isn’t there supposed to be better?

Isn’t there supposed to be perfect?

Isn’t that why we are going there?

Total mind fuck!!!

One little phrase can cause so much pain and suffering.

What if we stopped using this phrase and decided there is not any better than here?

What if we decided that we are on the journey and the journey is why we are here?

What if we decided that the journey is just as fun as the destination?

What if we have already arrived, because our past self created the life we currently have?

We have arrived!!

Let’s enjoy the hell out where we are!!

Here is a little Secret, there will only be as much fun as here 😉

Have fun my friends, you have arrived!!

You are impacting lives

My brain is always blown away when I hear who I’m impacting by living my life.

I made a decision about 10 years ago that I wanted to leave everyone I encountered better than I found them.

It could be by a kind word, smile or motivation. It could also be by tough love.

This was years before I decided to be a life coach and I never regretted that decision, as I got the benefits of that decision.

Now that I’m a life coach and actively marketing, this core belief still motivates me daily and is the grounds for how and what I post.

And the people who are being impacted and what impacts them blows me away and humbles me at the same time.

A little girl from Kenya, living her life is inspiring people to live their best lives.

A mother who wants to be an example of what is possible for her children can inspire another person to do the same.

A one day grandmother who wants to change her family tree for generations to come, can inspire more generations of families.

The moral of the story is, live your best life and believe someone’s life is being impacted by your choice to live your life.

People are watching, even though they are not liking or commenting.

Ever time you overcome your struggles, you are inspiring someone to believe it is possible for them too.

Continue to show up and do you, and trust the world is better because you did.

The Cost of Money

Last week I turned away and refunded a client who had paid me my full invoice.

Why?

  1. I was not the coach for her

  2. There is something like paying a high price for money - I know this concept blow me away too when I learnt it

Before I learnt the concept of working too hard and paying a high price for money, I believed there was nothing like the cost of money.

I was willing to do almost anything moral for it.

I once worked for an employer who had me working at least 2 jobs for one salary.

I thought I was a hard worker and did the job with tons of pride and a very positive heart.

What I missed was I was working too hard for the money, which was coming from scarcity and from believing I was worth less.

Because I believed I was not worth more, my employer paid me what I thought I was worth.

I realized I was discounting my value and worth when I asked for a $3,000 raise and was told no. I went to another company and was paid more for less work and it includes bonuses. My first year’s bonus was over $3000.

I am a life coach because of that move, as I work less and have less stress and requirements.

My relationship with myself is so much greater, because I was willing to stop paying a high price for money.

Where are you paying a high price for money?

How are you discounting yourself and not seeing your own worth?

Money is attracted to people who know their worth and are willing to ask for it.

Money is abundant and wants to hang out with abundance and knowing what you are worth and asking for your worth is abundant.

Hire me as your coach and learn more about how to attract, create and have more money.

Imagine the possibilities of making more money and not paying any more for it.

Imagine the possibilities of even just asking for what you are worth from the universe and it showing you how you still are asking for too little.

Believe to create the results

When I was struggling in my business, I would look for the results for me to stay in action and belief.

What this looks like was when I would go into action and I would not get the results that I wanted, I would:

- make it mean something negative about me

- stop taking action

- seek something external from me to give me motivation to take action.

As I have grown and evolved into the woman I am today, I stay in believe which keeps me taking action despite the results.

I do this by:

- believing that the action is worth it and the results will happen.

- Believing in me and in my abundance and prosperity.

- Believing in a higher power and calling and knowing that the power of the compound effect is at work.

- Believing in the law of you of “reap what you sow” and that there is time for planting in time for sowing.

- Not tying my belief to the results or lack there off of results.

- Not waiting for the results to dictate how I will show up and or act or deal.

This requires the feeling of belief and trust that hard work and consistency pays off.

What would your business look like a year from now, if you showed up consistently in belief and took action despite any results you created in your life and business?

Who would you help and serve if you were in belief and trust more?

If you are ready to take your business and the people you serve to the next level by how you experience your results, hire me as your coach.

We can do amazing things while scared

I’m freaking scared.

I’m feeling fear in my body.

I’m shaking all over and my amazing coach is lovingly holding space for me.

I’m still scared and crying.

I’m so scared and trying to reassure my body and me that I can do this and I can trust me and my coach, but I cannot and ask to come out of feeling my emotions.

The story I have is that making the wrong decision will mean death and it will hurt the people I love.

The story I have is death is the end and there is nothing on the other side.

The story I have is death will mean I failed not only me but the ones who depend on me.

I cry. My coach continues to hold space for me and says something that changes my life forever “it’s ok, nothing has gone wrong here. Here is where you just choose to tell a different story”.

Like what?

My thoughts and fear is just a story?

Well my friends, yes it is.

Me sitting there in front of my amazing coach is just a series of events that have blown my mind.

The journey I am on started after my Grandma Ruth died and because of the amazing relationship I had with her before she died and most importantly, the relationship I have with her since she died.

Strong urges, decisions and intuitions, that had me sitting across from my beautiful coach.

So death is not the end, it can be the beginning.

Death is an opportunity for new beginnings.

I hurt my loved ones unconditionally when I am alive and I will hurt them when I die.

And I can be ok with it all.

I can be sad and scared and still feel and process the emotions.

I can question all my stories and I can retell them.

The fact I feel fear means I’m alive and experiencing life.

The fact I feel fear is just an opportunity to be curious and find the stories I have chosen in the past and I can choose to trust the process and me.

So I have decided to make friends with my fear, feel it and appreciate it as the fact I’m here on this side and living.

I have also chosen to up level my living and see how much I can milk from this living experience.

Join me as I do scary shit surrounded by amazing women and coaches who are doing scary shit and living life to its fullest.

A way to attract more customers without sending Direct Messages

I have had 5 different people tag me in posts promoting their business in the last 2 days.

These are examples of individuals who have learnt a new technique that in my opinion is what gives marketing on social media a bad rap.

The irony is, I have been teaching my clients and the women in my free business group about effective marketing and this is NOT effective marketing.

Why this will not work with high ticket and long term sales.

  1. It is transactional. Transactional selling is focused on the quick and one time sales.

  2. The focus is on the sales person and their need to close a sale or meet a goal

  3. It’s requires very little work and skill from sales person

  4. It is a short term solution to a long term problem

  5. It conveys the feelings of scarcity and desperation

  6. It requires reaching out to 100s of people for a few sales

I teach my clients and the women in my free group how to market effectively by building relationships with their prospects.

  1. Relationship marketing creates long term relationships with your people. I have know relationships that have lasted generations, where mom was a customer and now daughters are customers.

  2. Prospects decide THEY know, like and trust you and they choose to buy from you.

  3. It has you building long term relationships and you work with less customers and results in higher sales

  4. It requires skill and is the preferred way used by individuals who want to earn professional income

  5. It serves the customers and is focused on the customers

  6. It adds value into the world and increases the reorders, referrals, and recruits actually choosing to join your team.

  7. It comes from the feeling of abundance and trust

If you would like to learn how to build a profitable business, that incrementally grows using relationship marketing, join my free group.

Value of evaluating to create more success

A few days ago I was having a conversation with my daughter and she reminded me of a very fundamental part of growing a successful business, starting before you are ready and improving how you think, feel and do as your are working IN your business.

She is vegan and has been for years. She in also trained as a chef and has worked in restaurant kitchens for years.

She moved to Brooklyn last Christmas to pursue her culinary dreams.

She decided to create a holiday cookbook to help Vegans manage the holiday season.

She went to work, with the help of her boyfriend and friend and self created one and had sales.

She is so proud of herself.

I am so proud and happy for her.

In our conversation, she was talking about her next book and what changes she was going to make in not only the book, but in the planning and execution of the book.

Not once did she judge her current book, she is so proud of it and is making adjustments to her next book.

The moral of the story is, we all have done the best we can with the information we had and the results we created was just data on where we were in our mindset and skill set.

It has nothing to do with our worth.

So many business women, look at the results they created and think it was not good enough because they are not good enough. Which makes us feel insufficient.

As we elevate our mindset and skill sets, we elevate the results we create in the world.

If like Haley, we were looking at the results we had from the of feeling proud, what would we do or not do from the feeling?

My bet is show up more powerfully and intentionally.

Every result we have is just data on what our mindset and skill set was at the time we created the result.

If we think it affects our worth or is the best we can do and give up, that is the result you will create in the future.

But if you take the lesson from Haley and be proud of yourself for going out of your comfort zone and created something, you can evaluate what worked, what did not work and what to do differently next time.

Just like Haley, you may learn there is a skill you can learn that will make your next goal even more successful than the last.

I am so grateful for my Cupcake as she has always been my teacher and helped me become the best version of myself.

Her being courageous and always wanting to be the best version of herself is a huge inspiration for me.

If you are ready to learn how to evaluate your business to ensure your next goal is more successful than the last, schedule a consultation Session.

Talk to you soon.

Hugs,

One thing that stands in the way of some business women doubling their income is the thought “I need to sign up or take another training.”

What they miss is that their brain has given them that solution before and it did not solve their problem and did not have them double their income.

The solution is never another training or book or teacher or podcast.....

The solution is using the ones you already have and getting the FULL results the ones you have can give you.

The solution is finding why they did not take action on the ones they already have.

The solution is finding why if they started, why they stopped.

What thought or belief did they encounter that had them stop.

I have an amazing client that was taking action and showing up powerfully in her business but was stuck at a certain income level.

She had taken all the training and still was not able to bust through this level.

She is a badass, a pleasure to work with and has so much potential, but was frustrated.

As we worked together, we found some beliefs that kept her at the level she was at.

Once we found the beliefs and created understanding and compassion for why they were there, she was able to choose different beliefs.

Now she shows up differently in her business and is creating different results.

I have another client who has created great things in her life and business, but she had a belief about how she had created them and thought the responsibility to her success was outside of her.

When we questioned that belief from love and compassion, she saw the role she played in her greatness.

She now is showing up even more powerfully in her business and taken full responsibility for what she can create in her business.

What or who are you thinking will change your income and double your business income?

If the answer is a course, training ...something outside you....

Hire me as your coach and let’s find what is stopping you from doubling your income so you can customize your belief and action plan so you can double your income.

Doing it the way I help my clients do it not only guarantees you will do it this time, but in the future.

Working with me is an investment in your business and your future as my clients make their investment back.

Looking for Clarity in your business?

When I was stuck in my business , I searched for clarity by taking passive actions; learning, listening to people, talking to people, watching videos, listening to podcasts.

All the passive action NEVER gave me clarity!!

Clarity comes from actually taking actions.

Clarity comes from massive action. Massive action is going to work and trying things over and over again until you get the results that you want.

Clarity comes from trying something and getting the feedback and evaluating the feedback and trying again.

The how comes after you have created the results.

Clarity comes from actually learning from YOUR experience.

Somebody else can tell you what works for them, but clarity comes from you actually doing it.

The best part about gaining clarity from taking action is that not only do you gain clarity, but you also get results and you can repeat it again.

If you are stuck taking passive action and you would like to gain clarity and results, I can help.

If you are a business woman who has been stuck and you would finally like to gain clarity, my program is for you.

If you are a woman entrepreneur and you would like to create 2020 into the best year in your business yet, I’ve got you.

I have limited spots at my current package. Let me know if you would like one of them.

The secret to creating thoughts and thus a profitable business

So many of us live our life thinking that life happens to us.

We think that we are at the effect of the external things that happen to us.

I teach my clients a concept that shows them just how powerful they are.

I teach them how to think on purpose and create thoughts that will help them create emotions, actions and thus the results they want in their business.

To Create a business that we want, we have to think thoughts that we have never thought before.

If we keep thinking old thoughts we will keep recycling old results.

I teach my clients how to create their thoughts which is a skill.

Everybody who is created anything in this world has used their thoughts to create it.

First, we find the current thoughts that they were thinking which are causing the current feelings, actions and results.

Then, we create the new thoughts.

We practiced those new thoughts and believe the new thoughts.

If necessary, we create a bridge thought between the two that helps us believe the new thoughts on purpose.

For example, you may be thinking “I cannot build a profitable business”.

The new thought we create is “I can’t build a profitable business”.

A bridge that could be believable is “it is possible that I can create a profitable business”.

Practicing and rehearsing is what will make the new thought stick and create the business that we want.

Our thoughts create all our results.

If we create new thoughts, even small shifts in our thoughts, we will create different results in our business.

If you’re ready to dive deeper into this and learn more about thought creations, watch my weekly video.

Cognitive Dissonance — The Mental Discomfort That Happens When You’re Growing

Before I became a coach, I used to set goals—and the moment things got uncomfortable, I’d panic.

I’d make the discomfort mean I was doing something wrong.
That maybe I wasn’t meant to have that goal.
That maybe success was for other people, not me.

What I didn’t know then was that the discomfort had a name: cognitive dissonance.

🧠 What Is Cognitive Dissonance?

Cognitive dissonance is the mental tension you feel when you’re holding two contradictory beliefs at the same time.

It sounds like:

“I want to build a successful business…”
and
“I’m not sure I’m capable of doing it.”

It’s that uncomfortable tug-of-war between the version of you who’s growing—and the version of you who’s scared to let go of old beliefs.

This mental discomfort doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re evolving.

💥 Why It Feels So Hard

Your brain doesn’t like change. It wants to protect you by keeping you in the familiar—even if the familiar is exhausting or unfulfilling.

So when you start setting bigger goals, your brain goes into resistance mode.
It creates stories like:

  • “Maybe I’m not ready.”

  • “This is too hard.”

  • “What if I fail?”

That’s not evidence you can’t do it.
That’s your old identity fighting for survival.

Every time you hit this internal friction, it’s not a sign to stop.
It’s a sign you’re crossing into growth.

🌉 How to Work Through Cognitive Dissonance

I teach my clients to move through this discomfort using bridge thoughts—stepping stones that take you from disbelief to possibility.

Instead of jumping from “I can’t” to “I can,”
start with thoughts like:

  • “It’s possible that I can.”

  • “I’m open to believing this could work.”

  • “Someone like me has done this before.”

Bridge thoughts calm your nervous system, help your brain adapt, and make growth feel safer and more sustainable.

If you’ve been spinning between wanting more and doubting yourself, it’s time to find out what’s really creating that mental tug-of-war.

The moment you stop running from discomfort is the moment you start accelerating results.

💎 3 Awareness Questions

⚡️ 3 Quick Wins

  1. Name It: When the discomfort rises, say, “This is cognitive dissonance—nothing’s gone wrong.”

  2. Bridge It: Replace “I can’t” with “I’m learning how.”

  3. Anchor It: End your day by writing one sentence that starts with, “Today, I stretched into a new version of me by…”

2 Ways to Make Your Goals Inevitable

There are three stages of belief every businesswoman moves through on her way to success: impossibility, possibility, and inevitability.

Each stage changes how you think, feel, and act toward your goals—and determines how much peace or pressure you experience along the way.

There are three stages of belief every businesswoman moves through on her way to success: impossibility, possibility, and inevitability.

Each stage changes how you think, feel, and act toward your goals—and determines how much peace or pressure you experience along the way.

🌱 Stage 1: Impossibility

This is where you don’t believe your goal is possible for you.

You might see other people doing it, but your brain quietly says,

“Sure, it’s possible… just not for me.”

That’s actually good news.

Because if it’s possible for anyone, it’s figure-out-able for you.
You’re not stuck—you just haven’t built the bridge yet.

When you move from impossibility to curiosity, the goal stops feeling impossible. It starts feeling like a puzzle you can solve.

💫 Stage 2: Possibility

This is when you start to think, “I can make this happen.”

You begin to believe that not only is there a way—it’s a way you can learn.
You don’t need every duck in a row, just one small step of action and belief at a time.

Possibility feels lighter. It creates momentum.
But possibility alone can still lead to overworking, because you’re constantly chasing proof instead of creating it.

🌟 Stage 3: Inevitability

This is where calm confidence replaces pressure.

When you feel inevitability, your belief sounds like this:

“It’s happening. I just don’t know exactly how or when yet.”

You stop trying to force outcomes and start taking strategic, grounded action.

That’s when you begin setting what I call “Do Goals.”
These aren’t just dreams—they’re structured action steps that make your results inevitable.

🧭 How to Create “Do Goals”

Step 1: Write down exactly what you want to accomplish.
Step 2: Choose your top three goals for the next 90 days.
Step 3: Schedule the actions and commit to following through.

Honoring those commitments to yourself—especially when no one’s watching—is what makes your goals inevitable.

That’s not just self-discipline; it’s self-trust.
And self-trust is what turns possibility into inevitability.

If you keep setting goals but can’t seem to follow through, there’s a reason—and it’s not lack of motivation.

💼 The Tangible Impact of “Do Goals”

When my clients start working from inevitability, they experience measurable results:

💰 Income Growth: They stop spinning and start finishing the projects that move money forward.
🕰️ Time Freedom: Scheduling aligned actions creates predictable progress without burnout.
💡 Calm Confidence: They finally trust themselves to follow through—no external pressure needed.

These women go from “I hope this works” to “I know this is working.”

💎 3 Awareness Questions

  1. Which stage am I in right now—impossibility, possibility, or inevitability?

  2. When I think about my goals, do I feel calm or anxious?

  3. Where in my schedule am I not honoring commitments to myself?

⚡️ 3 Quick Wins

  1. Name your next Do Goal. Pick one result you’ll create in the next 30 days.

  2. Schedule it visibly. Add specific times in your calendar—not vague “someday” tasks.

  3. Track integrity. Each day you follow through, celebrate with one sentence: “I keep my word to myself.”
