You are impacting lives
My brain is always blown away when I hear who I’m impacting by living my life.
I made a decision about 10 years ago that I wanted to leave everyone I encountered better than I found them.
It could be by a kind word, smile or motivation. It could also be by tough love.
This was years before I decided to be a life coach and I never regretted that decision, as I got the benefits of that decision.
Now that I’m a life coach and actively marketing, this core belief still motivates me daily and is the grounds for how and what I post.
And the people who are being impacted and what impacts them blows me away and humbles me at the same time.
A little girl from Kenya, living her life is inspiring people to live their best lives.
A mother who wants to be an example of what is possible for her children can inspire another person to do the same.
A one day grandmother who wants to change her family tree for generations to come, can inspire more generations of families.
The moral of the story is, live your best life and believe someone’s life is being impacted by your choice to live your life.
People are watching, even though they are not liking or commenting.
Ever time you overcome your struggles, you are inspiring someone to believe it is possible for them too.
Continue to show up and do you, and trust the world is better because you did.
The Cost of Money
Last week I turned away and refunded a client who had paid me my full invoice.
Why?
I was not the coach for her
There is something like paying a high price for money - I know this concept blow me away too when I learnt it
Before I learnt the concept of working too hard and paying a high price for money, I believed there was nothing like the cost of money.
I was willing to do almost anything moral for it.
I once worked for an employer who had me working at least 2 jobs for one salary.
I thought I was a hard worker and did the job with tons of pride and a very positive heart.
What I missed was I was working too hard for the money, which was coming from scarcity and from believing I was worth less.
Because I believed I was not worth more, my employer paid me what I thought I was worth.
I realized I was discounting my value and worth when I asked for a $3,000 raise and was told no. I went to another company and was paid more for less work and it includes bonuses. My first year’s bonus was over $3000.
I am a life coach because of that move, as I work less and have less stress and requirements.
My relationship with myself is so much greater, because I was willing to stop paying a high price for money.
Where are you paying a high price for money?
How are you discounting yourself and not seeing your own worth?
Money is attracted to people who know their worth and are willing to ask for it.
Money is abundant and wants to hang out with abundance and knowing what you are worth and asking for your worth is abundant.
Hire me as your coach and learn more about how to attract, create and have more money.
Imagine the possibilities of making more money and not paying any more for it.
Imagine the possibilities of even just asking for what you are worth from the universe and it showing you how you still are asking for too little.
Believe to create the results
When I was struggling in my business, I would look for the results for me to stay in action and belief.
What this looks like was when I would go into action and I would not get the results that I wanted, I would:
- make it mean something negative about me
- stop taking action
- seek something external from me to give me motivation to take action.
As I have grown and evolved into the woman I am today, I stay in believe which keeps me taking action despite the results.
I do this by:
- believing that the action is worth it and the results will happen.
- Believing in me and in my abundance and prosperity.
- Believing in a higher power and calling and knowing that the power of the compound effect is at work.
- Believing in the law of you of “reap what you sow” and that there is time for planting in time for sowing.
- Not tying my belief to the results or lack there off of results.
- Not waiting for the results to dictate how I will show up and or act or deal.
This requires the feeling of belief and trust that hard work and consistency pays off.
What would your business look like a year from now, if you showed up consistently in belief and took action despite any results you created in your life and business?
Who would you help and serve if you were in belief and trust more?
If you are ready to take your business and the people you serve to the next level by how you experience your results, hire me as your coach.
We can do amazing things while scared
I’m freaking scared.
I’m feeling fear in my body.
I’m shaking all over and my amazing coach is lovingly holding space for me.
I’m still scared and crying.
I’m so scared and trying to reassure my body and me that I can do this and I can trust me and my coach, but I cannot and ask to come out of feeling my emotions.
The story I have is that making the wrong decision will mean death and it will hurt the people I love.
The story I have is death is the end and there is nothing on the other side.
The story I have is death will mean I failed not only me but the ones who depend on me.
I cry. My coach continues to hold space for me and says something that changes my life forever “it’s ok, nothing has gone wrong here. Here is where you just choose to tell a different story”.
Like what?
My thoughts and fear is just a story?
Well my friends, yes it is.
Me sitting there in front of my amazing coach is just a series of events that have blown my mind.
The journey I am on started after my Grandma Ruth died and because of the amazing relationship I had with her before she died and most importantly, the relationship I have with her since she died.
Strong urges, decisions and intuitions, that had me sitting across from my beautiful coach.
So death is not the end, it can be the beginning.
Death is an opportunity for new beginnings.
I hurt my loved ones unconditionally when I am alive and I will hurt them when I die.
And I can be ok with it all.
I can be sad and scared and still feel and process the emotions.
I can question all my stories and I can retell them.
The fact I feel fear means I’m alive and experiencing life.
The fact I feel fear is just an opportunity to be curious and find the stories I have chosen in the past and I can choose to trust the process and me.
So I have decided to make friends with my fear, feel it and appreciate it as the fact I’m here on this side and living.
I have also chosen to up level my living and see how much I can milk from this living experience.
Join me as I do scary shit surrounded by amazing women and coaches who are doing scary shit and living life to its fullest.
A way to attract more customers without sending Direct Messages
I have had 5 different people tag me in posts promoting their business in the last 2 days.
These are examples of individuals who have learnt a new technique that in my opinion is what gives marketing on social media a bad rap.
The irony is, I have been teaching my clients and the women in my free business group about effective marketing and this is NOT effective marketing.
Why this will not work with high ticket and long term sales.
It is transactional. Transactional selling is focused on the quick and one time sales.
The focus is on the sales person and their need to close a sale or meet a goal
It’s requires very little work and skill from sales person
It is a short term solution to a long term problem
It conveys the feelings of scarcity and desperation
It requires reaching out to 100s of people for a few sales
I teach my clients and the women in my free group how to market effectively by building relationships with their prospects.
Relationship marketing creates long term relationships with your people. I have know relationships that have lasted generations, where mom was a customer and now daughters are customers.
Prospects decide THEY know, like and trust you and they choose to buy from you.
It has you building long term relationships and you work with less customers and results in higher sales
It requires skill and is the preferred way used by individuals who want to earn professional income
It serves the customers and is focused on the customers
It adds value into the world and increases the reorders, referrals, and recruits actually choosing to join your team.
It comes from the feeling of abundance and trust
If you would like to learn how to build a profitable business, that incrementally grows using relationship marketing, join my free group.
Value of evaluating to create more success
A few days ago I was having a conversation with my daughter and she reminded me of a very fundamental part of growing a successful business, starting before you are ready and improving how you think, feel and do as your are working IN your business.
She is vegan and has been for years. She in also trained as a chef and has worked in restaurant kitchens for years.
She moved to Brooklyn last Christmas to pursue her culinary dreams.
She decided to create a holiday cookbook to help Vegans manage the holiday season.
She went to work, with the help of her boyfriend and friend and self created one and had sales.
She is so proud of herself.
I am so proud and happy for her.
In our conversation, she was talking about her next book and what changes she was going to make in not only the book, but in the planning and execution of the book.
Not once did she judge her current book, she is so proud of it and is making adjustments to her next book.
The moral of the story is, we all have done the best we can with the information we had and the results we created was just data on where we were in our mindset and skill set.
It has nothing to do with our worth.
So many business women, look at the results they created and think it was not good enough because they are not good enough. Which makes us feel insufficient.
As we elevate our mindset and skill sets, we elevate the results we create in the world.
If like Haley, we were looking at the results we had from the of feeling proud, what would we do or not do from the feeling?
My bet is show up more powerfully and intentionally.
Every result we have is just data on what our mindset and skill set was at the time we created the result.
If we think it affects our worth or is the best we can do and give up, that is the result you will create in the future.
But if you take the lesson from Haley and be proud of yourself for going out of your comfort zone and created something, you can evaluate what worked, what did not work and what to do differently next time.
Just like Haley, you may learn there is a skill you can learn that will make your next goal even more successful than the last.
I am so grateful for my Cupcake as she has always been my teacher and helped me become the best version of myself.
Her being courageous and always wanting to be the best version of herself is a huge inspiration for me.
If you are ready to learn how to evaluate your business to ensure your next goal is more successful than the last, schedule a consultation Session.
Talk to you soon.
Hugs,
I need another Training
One thing that stands in the way of some business women doubling their income is the thought “I need to sign up or take another training.”
What they miss is that their brain has given them that solution before and it did not solve their problem and did not have them double their income.
The solution is never another training or book or teacher or podcast.....
The solution is using the ones you already have and getting the FULL results the ones you have can give you.
The solution is finding why they did not take action on the ones they already have.
The solution is finding why if they started, why they stopped.
What thought or belief did they encounter that had them stop.
I have an amazing client that was taking action and showing up powerfully in her business but was stuck at a certain income level.
She had taken all the training and still was not able to bust through this level.
She is a badass, a pleasure to work with and has so much potential, but was frustrated.
As we worked together, we found some beliefs that kept her at the level she was at.
Once we found the beliefs and created understanding and compassion for why they were there, she was able to choose different beliefs.
Now she shows up differently in her business and is creating different results.
I have another client who has created great things in her life and business, but she had a belief about how she had created them and thought the responsibility to her success was outside of her.
When we questioned that belief from love and compassion, she saw the role she played in her greatness.
She now is showing up even more powerfully in her business and taken full responsibility for what she can create in her business.
What or who are you thinking will change your income and double your business income?
If the answer is a course, training ...something outside you....
Hire me as your coach and let’s find what is stopping you from doubling your income so you can customize your belief and action plan so you can double your income.
Doing it the way I help my clients do it not only guarantees you will do it this time, but in the future.
Working with me is an investment in your business and your future as my clients make their investment back.
Looking for Clarity in your business?
When I was stuck in my business , I searched for clarity by taking passive actions; learning, listening to people, talking to people, watching videos, listening to podcasts.
All the passive action NEVER gave me clarity!!
Clarity comes from actually taking actions.
Clarity comes from massive action. Massive action is going to work and trying things over and over again until you get the results that you want.
Clarity comes from trying something and getting the feedback and evaluating the feedback and trying again.
The how comes after you have created the results.
Clarity comes from actually learning from YOUR experience.
Somebody else can tell you what works for them, but clarity comes from you actually doing it.
The best part about gaining clarity from taking action is that not only do you gain clarity, but you also get results and you can repeat it again.
If you are stuck taking passive action and you would like to gain clarity and results, I can help.
If you are a business woman who has been stuck and you would finally like to gain clarity, my program is for you.
If you are a woman entrepreneur and you would like to create 2020 into the best year in your business yet, I’ve got you.
I have limited spots at my current package. Let me know if you would like one of them.
The secret to creating thoughts and thus a profitable business
So many of us live our life thinking that life happens to us.
We think that we are at the effect of the external things that happen to us.
I teach my clients a concept that shows them just how powerful they are.
I teach them how to think on purpose and create thoughts that will help them create emotions, actions and thus the results they want in their business.
To Create a business that we want, we have to think thoughts that we have never thought before.
If we keep thinking old thoughts we will keep recycling old results.
I teach my clients how to create their thoughts which is a skill.
Everybody who is created anything in this world has used their thoughts to create it.
First, we find the current thoughts that they were thinking which are causing the current feelings, actions and results.
Then, we create the new thoughts.
We practiced those new thoughts and believe the new thoughts.
If necessary, we create a bridge thought between the two that helps us believe the new thoughts on purpose.
For example, you may be thinking “I cannot build a profitable business”.
The new thought we create is “I can’t build a profitable business”.
A bridge that could be believable is “it is possible that I can create a profitable business”.
Practicing and rehearsing is what will make the new thought stick and create the business that we want.
Our thoughts create all our results.
If we create new thoughts, even small shifts in our thoughts, we will create different results in our business.
If you’re ready to dive deeper into this and learn more about thought creations, watch my weekly video.
Cognitive Dissonance — The Mental Discomfort That Happens When You’re Growing
Before I became a coach, I used to set goals—and the moment things got uncomfortable, I’d panic.
I’d make the discomfort mean I was doing something wrong.
That maybe I wasn’t meant to have that goal.
That maybe success was for other people, not me.
What I didn’t know then was that the discomfort had a name: cognitive dissonance.

I’d make the discomfort mean I was doing something wrong.
That maybe I wasn’t meant to have that goal.
That maybe success was for other people, not me.
What I didn’t know then was that the discomfort had a name: cognitive dissonance.
🧠 What Is Cognitive Dissonance?
Cognitive dissonance is the mental tension you feel when you’re holding two contradictory beliefs at the same time.
It sounds like:
“I want to build a successful business…”
and
“I’m not sure I’m capable of doing it.”
It’s that uncomfortable tug-of-war between the version of you who’s growing—and the version of you who’s scared to let go of old beliefs.
This mental discomfort doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re evolving.
💥 Why It Feels So Hard
Your brain doesn’t like change. It wants to protect you by keeping you in the familiar—even if the familiar is exhausting or unfulfilling.
So when you start setting bigger goals, your brain goes into resistance mode.
It creates stories like:
“Maybe I’m not ready.”
“This is too hard.”
“What if I fail?”
That’s not evidence you can’t do it.
That’s your old identity fighting for survival.
Every time you hit this internal friction, it’s not a sign to stop.
It’s a sign you’re crossing into growth.
🌉 How to Work Through Cognitive Dissonance
I teach my clients to move through this discomfort using bridge thoughts—stepping stones that take you from disbelief to possibility.
Instead of jumping from “I can’t” to “I can,”
start with thoughts like:
“It’s possible that I can.”
“I’m open to believing this could work.”
“Someone like me has done this before.”
Bridge thoughts calm your nervous system, help your brain adapt, and make growth feel safer and more sustainable.
If you’ve been spinning between wanting more and doubting yourself, it’s time to find out what’s really creating that mental tug-of-war.

💼 The Tangible Impact of Working Through Cognitive Dissonance
When you stop resisting discomfort and start understanding it, everything changes.
My clients experience:
💰 More income: because they stop quitting halfway through their breakthroughs.
⚡️ Faster progress: because they stop confusing discomfort with danger.
💖 Peace and confidence: because they learn to trust themselves in uncertainty.
The moment you stop running from discomfort is the moment you start accelerating results.

2 Ways to Make Your Goals Inevitable
There are three stages of belief every businesswoman moves through on her way to success: impossibility, possibility, and inevitability.
Each stage changes how you think, feel, and act toward your goals—and determines how much peace or pressure you experience along the way.
There are three stages of belief every businesswoman moves through on her way to success: impossibility, possibility, and inevitability.
Each stage changes how you think, feel, and act toward your goals—and determines how much peace or pressure you experience along the way.
🌱 Stage 1: Impossibility
This is where you don’t believe your goal is possible for you.
You might see other people doing it, but your brain quietly says,
“Sure, it’s possible… just not for me.”
That’s actually good news.
Because if it’s possible for anyone, it’s figure-out-able for you.
You’re not stuck—you just haven’t built the bridge yet.
When you move from impossibility to curiosity, the goal stops feeling impossible. It starts feeling like a puzzle you can solve.
💫 Stage 2: Possibility
This is when you start to think, “I can make this happen.”
You begin to believe that not only is there a way—it’s a way you can learn.
You don’t need every duck in a row, just one small step of action and belief at a time.
Possibility feels lighter. It creates momentum.
But possibility alone can still lead to overworking, because you’re constantly chasing proof instead of creating it.
🌟 Stage 3: Inevitability
This is where calm confidence replaces pressure.
When you feel inevitability, your belief sounds like this:
“It’s happening. I just don’t know exactly how or when yet.”
You stop trying to force outcomes and start taking strategic, grounded action.
That’s when you begin setting what I call “Do Goals.”
These aren’t just dreams—they’re structured action steps that make your results inevitable.
🧭 How to Create “Do Goals”
Step 1: Write down exactly what you want to accomplish.
Step 2: Choose your top three goals for the next 90 days.
Step 3: Schedule the actions and commit to following through.
Honoring those commitments to yourself—especially when no one’s watching—is what makes your goals inevitable.
That’s not just self-discipline; it’s self-trust.
And self-trust is what turns possibility into inevitability.
If you keep setting goals but can’t seem to follow through, there’s a reason—and it’s not lack of motivation.
Take my free quiz: “What’s Blocking Your Business and Income?”
You’ll uncover whether you’re stuck in impossibility, possibility, or pressure-based overworking—and how to move into ease-based inevitability.
💼 The Tangible Impact of “Do Goals”
When my clients start working from inevitability, they experience measurable results:
💰 Income Growth: They stop spinning and start finishing the projects that move money forward.
🕰️ Time Freedom: Scheduling aligned actions creates predictable progress without burnout.
💡 Calm Confidence: They finally trust themselves to follow through—no external pressure needed.
These women go from “I hope this works” to “I know this is working.”
💎 3 Awareness Questions
Which stage am I in right now—impossibility, possibility, or inevitability?
When I think about my goals, do I feel calm or anxious?

Name your next Do Goal. Pick one result you’ll create in the next 30 days.
Schedule it visibly. Add specific times in your calendar—not vague “someday” tasks.
Track integrity. Each day you follow through, celebrate with one sentence: “I keep my word to myself.”

Do You Show Up Consistently in Your Business?
Do you show up consistently in your business—especially when things get hard, quiet, or uncertain?
When I was struggling in my business, I had a pattern of stopping and starting. I’d show up when I felt inspired, and disappear when I didn’t.
I told myself I was “waiting for clarity” or “saving energy,” but what I was really doing was training inconsistency into my results.
Everything changed when I decided to show up no matter what.
That one decision—consistency—transformed not only my mindset, but my business, income, and self-trust.

When you make the decision to show up consistently, you uncover the truth about your relationship with yourself.
You start to see:
How much your results depend on your ability to keep a promise to yourself.
How consistency builds confidence because you no longer wait to “feel ready.”
How showing up today plants the seeds for the success you’ll harvest months later.

Do You Feel Disorganized?
Does your life, business, or time feel overwhelming and out of control?
I used to feel that way all the time.
No matter how many planners, systems, or apps I tried, something always felt scattered. My space reflected it—piles of papers, unfinished projects, a to-do list that never seemed to end.
Then I learned a truth that completely changed my life and business:
External disorganization is a mirror of internal disorganization.

🧠 The Hidden Cause of Chaos
At first, I didn’t want to hear it. The idea that my messy schedule and cluttered desk reflected a cluttered mind felt confronting.
But as I began to clear my thoughts, something amazing happened—my environment followed.
When I organized my mind, I naturally started organizing my time, space, and priorities.
The clearer my thinking became, the more structure, calm, and flow I experienced in my business.
I began to see that chaos wasn’t a character flaw—it was a signal that my mental and emotional space needed attention.
🪞 The House Analogy
My mentor once said, “Your brain is like a house filled with clutter—thoughts, judgments, ideas, and worries stuffed into every corner.”
Cleaning your brain is like cleaning your home:
room by room, drawer by drawer, decision by decision.
You decide what to keep, what to release, and what no longer serves you.
That’s exactly what I teach my clients to do—to declutter their mental space so they can see clearly, plan effectively, and build profitable, peaceful businesses.
If your days feel messy and you’re constantly playing catch-up, your external clutter might not be the real problem.

You become more intentional, calm, and confident.
Your business starts running smoother.
Your priorities become clearer.
And your environment starts to mirror the inner order you’ve built.

Morning Reset: Spend 5 minutes writing down everything on your mind. Then circle only what actually matters today.
The One-Drawer Rule: Choose one small area (a folder, inbox, or corner of your desk) and clean it while repeating, “I am creating clarity.”
Daily Mind Sweep: Before bed, list three thoughts you’re ready to release. Visualize them leaving your mental space as you rest.

Do You Struggle to Maintain Emotions Like Motivation and Passion?
Do you ever feel like motivation and passion slip away just when you need them most?
Do you find yourself turning to music, motivational speakers, or books for a quick boost—only to lose steam a few hours or days later?
I used to live in that cycle too. My motivation would last as long as the playlist, the podcast, or the pep talk.
But everything changed when I learned that motivation and passion don’t come from outside me.
They come from my mind.

💡 The Hidden Truth About Motivation
Motivation and passion aren’t emotions we “find.”
They’re emotions we create.
They come from our thoughts—the sentences running through our minds that shape how we feel and act.
When we think motivating thoughts, we feel motivated.
When we think inspiring thoughts, we feel inspired.
This means you can learn to generate motivation and passion on demand—without waiting for the perfect song, the right coach, or the next big win.
🧠 The 3-Step Method to Reignite Motivation
I teach my clients a simple, powerful process to create motivation anytime they need it:
Identify the thought blocking motivation.
Usually, it sounds like “I’m tired,” “It’s not working,” or “I don’t feel like it.”Create an intentional thought that energizes you.
Try: “This is working,” “I’m learning what works,” or “My effort compounds.”Practice the new emotion until it becomes automatic.
Repeat the thought and act from that emotion until your brain defaults to motivation naturally.
At first, it feels uncomfortable—like learning a new language.
But once your brain learns how to generate its own fuel, you never have to depend on external motivation again.

Have You Ever Struggled with Burnout?
Have you ever struggled with burnout while building your business?

Have you ever struggled with burnout while building your business?
I used to believe burnout came from doing too much—too many hours, too many responsibilities, too much pressure.
But after years of coaching women in business (and burning out myself), I realized something surprising:
Burnout doesn’t come from hard work. It comes from how we think and feel while we work.
The Hidden Truth About Burnout
When I looked back on the times I was truly exhausted, I noticed something strange—those were actually the times I produced less, not more.
And during the seasons when I worked the hardest and produced the most results, I wasn’t tired at all—I was energized, focused, and alive.
So what changed?
The difference wasn’t my hours.
It was my emotions.
Burnout isn’t a schedule problem—it’s an emotional energy problem.
What Really Causes Burnout
I realized burnout happened when I was:
Planning poorly or not planning at all.
Thinking thoughts that created stress, pressure, and scarcity.
Avoiding emotions instead of allowing them.
Resisting the natural ups and downs of business growth.
When I used willpower to force my way forward, I was fighting myself.
When I accepted the journey and worked with calm intention, I built results faster—and enjoyed it more.
The Turning Point
I stopped chasing “the future that would be better than now.”
I started enjoying the now as part of my success story.
The result?
I became more creative and productive.
My income increased with less exhaustion.
I started planning from peace, not panic.
Today, I fuel my actions with energizing emotions like clarity, curiosity, and pride.
And that’s exactly what I help my clients do too.
If you feel like burnout has become part of your “normal,” it’s time to find out what’s truly draining your energy.
Take my free quiz: “What’s Blocking Your Business and Income?”
You’ll uncover the emotional patterns that keep you stuck in exhaustion and learn how to rebuild your capacity with peace and purpose.
3 Awareness Questions
When I feel burned out, what thoughts am I believing about my business or success?
Do I associate rest with guilt or failure?
How do I respond to discomfort—by pushing harder or by pausing to realign?
3 Quick Wins
Check your fuel. Each morning, ask: “What emotion is driving my work today?” If it’s stress, shift to curiosity or clarity before starting.
Plan from peace. Spend 15 minutes on Sunday outlining your priorities for the week. Focus on results, not hours.
End your day with evidence. Write down three things you accomplished, no matter how small. This rewires your brain for progress instead of pressure.
Final Thoughts
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you’ve been working from pressure instead of peace.
When you learn to manage your mind and fuel your actions with the right emotions, work stops draining you and starts fulfilling you.
You can build a business that energizes you.
You can work hard and feel good doing it.

Do You Know Quitting Slows You Down?
In my prior business, I used to quit whenever things got hard.
I didn’t realize it then, but quitting had become a habit—one that felt justified, rational, and even responsible.
At first, I thought quitting was a character flaw, something fixed about me.
But then I learned something that changed everything:
Quitting isn’t a flaw. It’s a practiced skill.
And the more I practiced it, the better I got at it.

But then I learned something that changed everything:

And the more I practiced it, the better I got at it.
The Comfort of Quitting
I used to commit to big goals—reaching new clients, increasing sales, growing my business.
But when things felt uncomfortable, I’d start making excuses:
“It’s not the right time.”
“I need to plan more.”
“I’ll try again next month.”
Each time I quit, I felt temporary relief.
That little dopamine hit of “I’ll start over later” felt like control.
But all it really did was slow me down.
Because every time I quit, I lost momentum, confidence, and trust in myself.
The Turning Point
Everything changed when I made one decision:
I stopped quitting.
I made a commitment to my future self—the woman with a thriving business and a calm, confident energy.
I knew I would still want to quit sometimes.
But my desire to build a business that empowers women was stronger than my desire for comfort.
I learned to manage my mind using my prefrontal cortex—to make decisions from my future, not my fatigue.
And that single skill changed everything: my business, my health, my relationships, my peace.
If you often find yourself starting strong and then slowing down when things get hard, it’s time to uncover what’s really behind it.
Take my free quiz: “What’s Blocking Your Business and Income?”
You’ll discover the emotional patterns that lead to quitting—and how to replace them with habits that build consistency, confidence, and results.
3 Awareness Questions
When I want to quit, what emotion am I trying to avoid—fear, frustration, or disappointment?
What’s the short-term relief I get from quitting, and what’s the long-term cost?
How would my life and business change if I decided quitting was no longer an option?
3 Quick Wins
Decide ahead of time. Expect discomfort—it’s part of growth. Plan what you’ll do when the urge to quit shows up.
Name your future reason. Write one sentence about why following through matters more than quitting. Read it daily.
Track progress, not perfection. Celebrate every small step forward instead of restarting after every pause.
Final Thoughts
Quitting might feel like relief in the moment—but it’s momentum theft in disguise.
When you stop quitting, your confidence compounds.
Your results accelerate.
And you start trusting that your effort always pays off, even when it takes time.

Do You Have Constant Thoughts Like “I Can’t Do This”?
When I was stuck in my business, one thought kept showing up over and over again:
“I can’t do this.”
Every time I set a new goal, my brain found a hundred reasons why others could do it—but not me.
Even when I took action, it came from a place of doubt.
It was half-hearted, fearful, and unsustainable.
And, of course, the results matched that energy—more proof for the thought, “See, you really can’t do this.”

The Truth About “I Can’t Do This”
Here’s what I’ve learned:
“I can’t do this” is not truth—it’s just a thought.
Every entrepreneur, every leader, every successful woman you admire has had this thought at some point.
The difference isn’t that they stopped thinking it.
It’s that they stopped believing it.
The Bridge That Changed Everything
I didn’t try to force a new belief.
I simply softened it.
Instead of saying, “I can’t do this,” I began to think,
“Maybe I can do this.”
That tiny bridge created a huge shift.
My new feeling was determined, not defeated.
From that determination, I took cleaner action—learning, trying, testing, refining.
The results I created began to reflect that determination instead of doubt.
Now my thought is,
“Of course I can do this.”
And even when I fail, I make it mean growth, not proof of inadequacy.
If your brain is constantly whispering “you can’t do this,” it’s time to uncover what’s fueling that self-doubt.

3 Awareness Questions
What goals have I quietly avoided because of the thought “I can’t do this”?
When I think that thought, what emotions and actions usually follow?
What small, believable thought could I practice instead that feels like relief?
3 Quick Wins
Find the bridge thought. When “I can’t” shows up, add “yet.” (“I can’t do this—yet.”)
Celebrate evidence. Keep a running list of times you figured something out even when you doubted yourself.
Shift your environment. Surround yourself with people, messages, and mentors who reflect what’s possible, not what’s missing.
Final Thoughts
Doubt doesn’t mean you’re not capable—it means you’re expanding.
Every time you lean into “maybe I can,” you teach your brain to trust your potential a little more.
And before you know it, “of course I can” becomes your new normal.

Do You Trust You Can Have a Successful Business?
“God’s delays are not God’s denials.” — Tony Robbins
I remind myself of this quote often—especially when results take longer than I expected.
Just like many businesswomen, I used to crave instant results. I wanted proof that what I was doing was working right now.
And when it didn’t happen quickly, I made it mean something was wrong—with my business, my work ethic, or me.
But over the years, I’ve learned something powerful: delay is not denial.

The Waiting Doesn’t Mean It’s Not Working
Trusting that God, the universe, or a higher source has my back has been one of the biggest stress relievers of my career.
When things don’t happen immediately, I remind myself:
“It’s still coming.”
Sometimes results take time to grow roots before they bloom.
Sometimes, it’s us who need to grow into the person who can hold the result.
The Cost of Losing Trust
When we stop believing, we start overworking.
We push harder instead of trusting the process.
We question our value, our timing, and even our calling.
But the truth is—when you lose trust, you lose peace.
And peace is the soil where consistent results grow.
Every moment of impatience, every self-doubt spiral, is just fear pretending to be logic.
It’s the part of your brain that believes, “If I worry enough, I’ll stay safe.”
But worry doesn’t create safety—it creates exhaustion.
If your business feels heavy or you’re doubting that your results are coming, it’s time to clear what’s blocking your peace and momentum.

When results take longer than expected, what do I make it mean about me?
How does my energy change when I shift from “it’s not happening” to “it’s still coming”?
What would trusting timing look like in my daily work rhythm?
3 Quick Wins
Create a “proof list.” Write down every success that came later than expected but worked out perfectly in hindsight.
Set peace checkpoints. Before starting your workday, take a deep breath and remind yourself: “My job is to plant; timing is not my job.”
Detach from deadlines. Set goals by intention (“I will serve ten clients”) instead of urgency (“I must sign ten clients this week”).
Final Thoughts
You can have the business of your dreams.
It’s not a question of if—it’s a question of when.
When you choose trust over fear, your energy shifts.
You take calmer, more focused action.
You become magnetic to what you’ve been working toward.

Are You Creating a Business You Love?
Have you ever heard the story of the construction worker who complained every day at lunch?
Every day, he’d sit with his coworkers, open his lunchbox, pull out a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and sigh,
“Ugh—peanut butter and jelly again! Every. Single. Day.”
Finally, one of his coworkers asked,
“Why don’t you just ask your wife to pack something different?”
And the construction worker replied,
“My wife? I’m not married. I pack my own lunch.” 😂

The Lesson Behind the Laugh
The moral of the story?
We pack our own lunch.
We create our business, our results, our routines—sometimes without realizing it.
If your business feels repetitive, exhausting, or underwhelming, it’s not bad luck.
It’s habit.
It’s pattern.
It’s peanut butter and jelly.
And the beautiful part?
You have the power to pack something different.
Reclaiming Your Power as the Creator
If something isn’t working in your business, that doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’re repeating.
You can change it the moment you become aware of it.
You can decide,
“Today, I’m packing something different.”
That might mean:
Networking with three new people today.
Trying one new way to make an offer.
Or simply giving yourself grace and rest instead of self-criticism.
Business doesn’t happen to us—we create it.
And that realization brings you back to your power.

One Word Can Be So Powerful
Do you know you don’t have to build a successful business?
You don’t need to do anything you don’t want to do.
But what if you wanted to?
That single word—WANT—changes everything.
Do you know you don’t have to build a successful business?
You don’t need to do anything you don’t want to do.
But what if you wanted to?
That single word—WANT—changes everything.
Why “Want” Is More Powerful Than “Have To”
Most high-achieving women build their businesses from obligation.
Their days are filled with “I must,” “I have to,” “I should.”
Those words feel responsible—but they’re actually draining.
They create tension, guilt, and pressure.
They make even the things you love feel like chores.
“Must,” “need,” and “should” are fear-driven motivators.
They lead to procrastination, burnout, and self-criticism.
But when you shift to “I want to,” your brain and body respond differently.
You open the door to curiosity, possibility, and creativity—the emotions that actually drive sustainable success.
The Subtle but Radical Shift
When you say, “I want to grow my business,” your brain starts to imagine how.
It visualizes results, not resistance.
It looks for paths instead of problems.
“Want to” isn’t weak—it’s mature.
It’s the voice of emotional adulthood: taking full responsibility for your results, energy, and choices.
It’s how you move from overworking out of guilt to creating out of genuine desire.
If your business feels heavy or filled with “have to” energy, it’s time to uncover what’s blocking your ease.

Final Thoughts
“Want to” is not just a word—it’s a frequency.

It’s how you move from overworking to aligned creating.
When you want to grow, you no longer have to push—you allow.
